Mr. Vinay Jajodia is a graduate with over 15 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, and corporate advisory services. He possesses deep expertise in business evaluation, capital restructuring, and market advisory, which has significantly contributed to the company’s strategic growth and operational success.
He has played a key role in strengthening the organization’s market position through his insightful financial acumen and leadership. In addition, Mr. Jajodia is actively engaged in client relationship management, where he has been instrumental in building and maintaining long-term partnerships while also driving new business opportunities.
His strong ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships, combined with his strategic vision, makes him a vital member of the firm’s leadership team.
Mr. Kuntal Laha
Mr. Kuntal Laha is a graduate with over a decade of experience in the capital markets. He began his career in broking, gaining strong front-line market exposure, and later transitioned into back-office compliance, where he developed a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational processes.
He currently serves as the Director and Compliance Officer at Giriraj, where he leads the execution vertical and oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations. In this role, he is responsible for transaction implementation with a strong emphasis on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and client-centric delivery. Known for his meticulous approach, Mr. Laha ensures that every transaction is executed seamlessly, reflecting the firm’s unwavering commitment to excellence.
