Procedure for filing a Complaint

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Level 1 – If an investor is not satisfied with the Head of Customer Care then they may write to the Compliance Officer – Mr. Vinay Jajodia, at vinayjajodia1@gmail.com.

Level 2 – If an investor is still not satisfied with the resolution that they may have received from Compliance Officer then they may write to the Director – Mr. Kuntal Laha at the designated E-mail Id – kuntallaha@yahoo.com.

Giriraj Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd style=”border: 1px solid black;”. will strive to redress the grievance immediately, but not later than 30 days of the receipt of the grievance.

Level 3 – Approach the Stock Exchange using the grievance mechanism mentioned at the website of the respective exchange.
